Delivery & Returns
We offer a FREE 2 man delivery service, with goods taken to the room of choice and unpacked for you. We want to offer the very best service we possibly can. This means delivering to the room of choice. For free. We do not offer this service for rolled up mattresses or for single mattresses. Everything else is delivered to the room and for free.
If you're ordering something from stock; we will be in touch very soon to arrange for delivery at a time and date that suits you. If you've ordered something we currently have no stock of, then we will order it immediately and email you with our estimate of when it should arrive. Once is arrives we will be in touch to arrange the delivery time and date.
We have tried to keep the delivery process as simple as possible. There are no geographical charges (apart from offshore deliveries) and there are no hidden charges for next day service. Saturday delivery does cost a little more, and it will also cost extra for us to take your old bed away.
For pillows, single sized mattresses (2'6 or 3') and rolled up memory foam mattresses; we can deliver stocked items on a next day service - but we only guarantee delivery to the door.
If you live in the far South West of England or the North of Scotland, there can be certain days when we cannot offer the 2 man service, if you would like to know if this affects you, then please get in touch.
Delivery Process For Stocked Items:
- We will call you immediately to arrange delivery.
- Once you have told us of a date, we will prepare your items accordingly and book you in with our couriers. You decide the date.
- 24hrs before delivery, you will be offered a timeslot of 2-3hrs for your desired date. Our carriers operate from 8am - 8pm.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an hours notice before the goods arrive. You will be able to speak to the delivery crew directly.
- Upon arrival, all goods are delivered to the room of choice and unpacked. All for free.
Delivery Process For Out Of Stock Items:
- Once we have received your order, it will be processed immediately.
- You will then receive an email of the estimated arrival date of your goods.
- If necessary, we will update this eta, to make sure you're informed.
- Once the goods have arrived, we will then proceed as per the delivery process for stocked items.
